Mark Anderson has been a licensed General Contractor since 1986, with extensive experience managing commercial construction, residential projects, restaurant facilities, repairs, improvements, and ongoing facility needs.
Throughout his career, Mark has managed the construction of more than 750,000 square feet of commercial space and over 1,000 residences. His experience also includes more than 20 years working within restaurant facilities management and improvements.
Beyond construction, Mark's experience serving on multiple municipal boards—including Planning and Zoning—and as a Homeowners Association President has provided valuable insight into the regulatory, property-management, and community considerations that can influence a project.
His work with prominent developers further contributes to an approach built around understanding a project from multiple perspectives.
